1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing

4. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Defective products
  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the shipping cost.
  • For customer preference returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
